Bridget Harris
Director of Operations
Bridget is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience driving organisational effectiveness, operational excellence, and strategic business support across international organisations. As Director of Operations at Epidarex, she leads the firm’s global operations and business support functions, with a focus on developing scalable processes, strengthening organisational infrastructure, and implementing innovative strategies that enhance performance.
Bridget brings more than 16 years of experience spanning venture capital, land promotion, recruitment, and the arts sector. Her expertise includes business operations, process improvement, and stakeholder management, with a strong track record of delivering strategic initiatives and supporting business growth. Prior to joining Epidarex, she held operational roles including Office Manager at Wallace Land Investments and Operations Lead at Hudson, a global talent solutions business operating across approximately 20 countries.
Bridget maintains a strong interest in the arts and creative sector. During her time in Australia, she worked for the Australian Performing Arts Collection (APAC) in collection development and stakeholder management, and contributed to the delivery of major public art commissions as part of the Victorian Government’s redevelopment of Melbourne’s iconic Hamer Hall.
Bridget holds a Master of Art Curatorship from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Fine Art from Otago Polytechnic, New Zealand. She is also Vice President of the New Zealand Society Scotland, helping to foster connections within the New Zealand community across Scotland.
