Andrew Prince

Staff Accountant

Andrew joined Epidarex in 2026 as Staff Accountant. He supports the finance team across accounting, fund operations and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Epidarex, Andrew worked in private markets  fund accounting and administration at State Street Bank, where he supported private equity clients across deal allocations, capital activity and external audit reporting. Andrew previously held a fund accounting role at SEI Investments, working with a large private equity client across fund reporting and investor capital activity.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, and spent a semester studying abroad at the University of Vienna.
