Clare Gaffney

Operations and Executive Assistant

Clare joined Epidarex in 2026 and brings with her a strong background in executive support and project management across the financial services and renewable energy sectors. In her role as Operations and Executive Assistant at Epidarex, she provides overall administrative support to the firm and the various venture capital funds that it manages.

Prior to joining Epidarex, Clare spent five years in New York supporting the CEO and COO of renewable energy technology company, Spearmint Energy; where she managed executive operations, board meetings, international travel, stakeholder engagement, and company events.

Clare has also held Project Management Office roles supporting complex change programmes, with responsibility for executive reporting, stakeholder coordination, project controls, and strategic planning activities. She is known for her calm, collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to bring structure and efficiency to fast-paced environments.

Clare holds a BA (Hons) in Textile Design from The Glasgow School of Art.
